The quality management system (QMS) of JSC "ARTSOK" certified according to International Standard ISO 9001, there is JSC "ARTSOK" more than 15 years – since 1996, when was certification of QMS according to ISO 9001:1994.
In July 2003, the QMS was recertified according to the new version of Standard ISO 9001:2000.
In may 2009, conducted recertification of QMS according to new version of Standard ISO 9001:2008
In June 2015 JSC "ARTSOK" the QMS was recertified under the International Standard ISO 9001:2008, certified by the Interstate Standard GOST ISO 9001:2011 and the State Standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan ST RK ISO 9001-2009.

Development, implementation and maintaining of quality management system Service Quality Management are responsible for developing, documenting, implementing and maintaining the QMS ARTSOC and continuous improvement of its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2008 and the directives of EU security.
