The quality management system (QMS) of JSC «ARTSOK» is certified according to International Standard ISO 9001 from 1996(ISO 9001:1994) more than 25 years registration.

In August 2001, certification according to the National Standard of the Russian Federation GOST R ISO 9001-96 was carried out.

In July 2003, the QMS was recertified according to new version of Standard ISO 9001:2000.

In may 2009, the QMS was recertified according to new version of Standard ISO 9001:2008.

In June 2015 the QMS of the company «ARTSOK» was recertified under the International Standard ISO 9001:2008.

In June 2015 the company «ARTSOK» was certified by the Interstate Standard GOST ISO 9001:2011 and the State Standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan ST RK ISO 9001-2009.

In July 2018, the QMS «ARTSOK» was recertified according to the new version of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 and recertified according to the National Standard of the Russian Federation GOST R ISO 9001-2015.

In January 2019, the quality management system certification procedure was completed under the new version of the State Standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan ST RK ISO 9001-2016.

In July 2021, the procedure for recertification of the quality management system was completed by the International Standard ISO 9001: 2015 and the National Standard of the Russian Federation GOST R ISO 9001-2015.

Quality Management Service of JSC «ARTSOK» works in the following directions:

Development, implementation and maintenance of quality management system.

Quality Management Service team is responsible for developing, documenting, implementing and maintaining the QMS of «ARTSOK» and continuous improvement of its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of International Standard ISO 9001:2015 and the directives of EU security.
